I tried the House Special Beef Rib Noodle, and it was a symphony of flavors--tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and a spicy broth that had just the right kick. The dumplings were equally impressive, bursting with savory goodness. The Fish Noodle Soup was amazing, a fish soup complimented with the pickled cabbages went perfect together, I did add some chili oil to add more spice to the noodle soup! I tried the rice noodle and the thick noodle, both were a great option overall for the soup! The staff is friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back and try the lamb brisket noodle soup next! ”

Details: As an adult, I've become a little skeptical of highly rated spots near any sort of campus, because it's hard to tell if the ratings are due to actual quality food, or student budget/taste-inflation. But ever the sucker for noods, I've come back to Noodle Dynasty a few times now, and can say that they're a pretty solid eatery, but with excellent value in the form of massive servings and reasonable prices. They offer up a variety of noodle dishes, with the noodles themselves having a nice chewy texture, and the spice levels being good, though not as fiery as my partner would like. The one downside is that their dishes are all a bit on the sweet side, including whatever marinade they use for the meats in their soups. Accessibility: Large-ish restaurant, but not particularly spacious, so getting around with a chair can prove a little tricky at times, and depending on which seat you're given. ”
